1. Prices:
Prices shown in our catalog are without delivery but included Danish Tax (25%).

2. VAT:
Danish Tax (Moms) is included. For delivery outside EU-area, please log in and prices will then show without VAT. Any local duty or customs charge is the responsibility of the customer on delivery.

3. Payment:
Creditcard: You can use the following creditcards :
Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa Electron, JBC cards and Visa/Dankort. No extra costs will be added when using any of these creditcards.

Bank Transfer (Danish or International): Your can alternatively choose this option to manually transfer the amount to our danish bank account. If you choose this option you will receive an email with all neccesary details. All costs related to Bank Transfer is paid by the buyer.

4. Delivery:
All Internet orders are shipped as fast as possible. The delivery is shipped to the delivery address stated by the orderer. It is possible to state a different delivery address than the billing address. If Bank Transfer is chosen as payment option, the order will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation of transfer.

Delivery times: Goods are normally delivered within 4 to 8 working days, depending on the receiving country. Deliveries within Denmark is normally delivered in 2 to 4 working days.

Cost of Freight :
Prices will show when placing the order.

5. Cancellation of order:
Should you not be satisfied with any goods that you have purchased from MEDshop.dk, we will be happy to refund your order. Please study the following details for canceling your order.

Any order can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods. In case of cancelation we will refund the invoiced amount excluding invoiced cost of freight. The goods must within 14 days be returned to MEDshop.dk or given to freight carriers. The right to cancelation only applies to goods that are fully complete as bought.

Please contact MEDshop.dk before returning any goods.

Cost of freight:
Cost of freight is covered by the buyer.

Conditions:
Any returned goods must be returned in same condition as received.

Refunding:
Upon receiving returned goods, we will carefully examine these. If applicable conditions are met we shall refund the full invoiced amount excluding costs of banktransfer and cost of shipment to the person or company named on the invoice.
